In many ways he still does.

I caught up with Dirk and his wife Ann at Millésime Bio salon in Montpellier. They now run a winery called LE PLAN at Suze-la-Rousse north of Avignon. At the end of a very interesting week taking 13 WOMEN WINEMAKERS around London, in our now fourth annual immersion week!

The winemakers have been to TESCO head office, to the brilliant Sampler wine shop in Islington (soon to open a second store in Kensington), to meet a sommelier organisation and to meet the press team at DECANTER.
