The Food: bread and water, although the Media Room had charcuterie, chicken confit, duck breasts, pate, fruit and cheeses for the hungry interviewers and principals.
The Downside: it was difficult to talk to many producers after the show had been underway for an hour as the trade audience increased in size.
The Upside: a great opportunity to taste a variety of upscale wines (most were in the $30 – $99 range) and different vintages. I think the oldest one was 2000.
